in 1994, i spent a semester in southern CA and went through some serious culture shock as a new englander.
i remember a friend driving me around a part of town with lots of mexican restaurants.
reading the banners announcing the specials, i thought to myself:
"wow, menudo is still around and they're playing the mexican restaurant circuit???"
We also have menudo in our country. the spaniards probably brought it from mexico. here's my food blog,by the way: http://finelifeonabudget.weebly.com/blog.html
